How much will the shipping fee be?

answerThe shipping cost is calculated based on the weight and method of delivery (ie: Frozen, Cooled, Ground). At the "Cart" page, enter the shipping address's Zip code and it will automatically calculate and show the shipping cost for you. (We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.)

Can I send the items to Japan?

answerAll items can only be shipped within the US (excluding US territories).

How can I cancel an order?

answerSince your order will be processed immediately, please E-mail shop@mitsuwa.com or call 1-877-648-7892 within 24 hours of ordering (make sure to include your order number).

Can I return or exchange an item?

answerPlease contact the Mitsuwa Net Shop (E-mail shop@mitsuwa.com or by phone 1-877-648-7892) within 7 days of receiving the shipment.

How long will it take for the Frozen/Cooled items to be delivered?

answer• All frozen/cooled items will be shipped by UPS NEXT DAY AIR.
• Shipping dates are Monday through Thursday.
• For UPS Next Day Air shipments, a fuel surcharge (may change without notice) will be added.

How long will it take for a UPS Ground or USPS to deliver the items?

answer• For Ground shipments, it usually takes 5 to 7 business days after we shipped out. Please schedule receiving dates accordingly.
• Shipping dates are Monday through Friday.
• For UPS Ground shipments, a fuel surcharge (may change without notice) will be added.
