Shopping Guide

This shop is only for within the U.S.

How to use the Shop

Upon deciding which items to purchase, type in the amount you would like, and then click on the "Add to Cart" button.

• The item you have added to your cart will appear in the Cart Page. Click on "Continue Shopping" button. You can uncheck the "Buy" button to delete an item.
• If you are a member and logged in, you can click on the "Add to List" button to add your selection to your Favorites.
• "Check Out after logging in"
If you are a member and have not logged in, click this button to proceed
• "Check Out and Sign up for Membership"
If you wish to sign up for a Membership and check out, click this button. You can use useful tools upon signing up.
• "Check Out as a Guest"
Select this option if you want to Check Out as a guest, without signing up for a Membership.

Please enter your Billing Information and Shipping Address.
If you are a Member and logged in, verify your pre-entered information on the screen.
Click "Confirm Order" after entering all necessary information.

Purchased items and entered information will appear on the screen. Please check the details and click "Check Out" to proceed. If you need to make any changes to your order, please click "Return and Edit" to return to the previous screen.

Please choose your Credit Card and enter information.

Order Completion page will appear, and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. If you registered as a Member, membership confirmation e-mail will be sent to you along with the order confirmation e-mail.
• Please be sure to make a note of the Order Number. You will be asked for it when inquiring about your order.

OUT-OF-STOCK Condition

In case the items placed on order is out of stock, you will receive a notification via email. We must receive a confirmation reply in order to send the other items placed in order.
Please note that if we do not receive the confirmation reply within one week, the placed order will be canceled entirely.

The payment method will be Credit Cards.

* In addition to the merchandise total, we charge the shipping & handling fee.

CRV (The California Redemption Value)

When purchasing beverages, CRV　(California Redemption Value) surcharge will apply according to California law.

Tax

If the delivery location is in California (CA), New Jersey (NJ), or Illinois (IL), the state tax will apply according to the items purchased.

Depending on the merchandise you purchase, shipping method varies. Please beware of this when you add items to your shopping cart.

* Due to the increase in the price of crude oil, additional Fuel Surcharge will be added to the shipping fee. (fee may change without notice.)

Delivered by DHL OVER NIGHT EXPRESS SERVICE.
We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
Each package will be sent in an insulated package designed to keep the items cooler.
The shipment will be made from Monday through Wednesday.
Packages shipped with OVERNIGHT EXPRESS SERVICE should be delivered on the following day. However, the delivery might be made on the day after depending on the area.
For some items, shipping and handling fee, and packaging fee (ie: dry ice (blue ice) fee) will be added to the merchandise total.

Delivered by UPS GROUND SERVICE.
We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
The shipment will be made from Monday through Friday.
For some items, shipping fee and handling fee will be added to the merchandise total.
It will take a week to ship out cosmetics.

* USPS shipping fee is subject to change without any notice.

Deriverd by United States Postal Service.
We currently do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
The shipment are made Wednesday through Friday.
For all items, shipping fee and packaging fee will be added to the merchandise total.
Shipping fee will be added to each subscription when more than two subscriptions are ordered.

Shipment Disclaimer

We will not take any responsibility in the package pick up delay, delivery delay, and any lost packages caused by the courier. Such trouble related to package delivery will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of our courier.

Returns & Exchange

When there are problems with the merchandise upon arrival (Broken, defective or wrong goods), please contact us within 7 days of the delivery, and we will be glad to make an exchange with the same item without any additional charge to you.
We do not accept cancellation before the fulfillment of subscriptions.

Purchase Policy

For any purchases made by a minor, he/she must have the authorization by a parental guardian.
Prices listed on this site may differ from that of retail stores.
